Our Commitment

Excellence in Diagnostics International (EDI) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Current Conformance

Target Standard: WCAG 2.1 Level AA

Status: We are actively working toward full conformance. Our customer portal currently meets many WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria, with ongoing improvements in progress.

Testing: We conduct regular accessibility audits using:

  • Automated testing tools (axe, WAVE, Lighthouse)
  • Manual keyboard navigation testing
  • Screen reader testing (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
  • User testing with people with disabilities

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, we are aware of the following limitations:

  • Some third-party embedded content may not be fully accessible
  • Older PDF documents may not meet current accessibility standards (we're working on updates)
  • Complex data visualizations may have limited screen reader support

We are actively addressing these issues and welcome feedback on how to improve.
