We're looking for a senior full-stack developer who can own features end-to-end. You'll work directly with the founder (also a developer) to build and ship features that healthcare providers use daily.
This isn't a "pixel-perfect CSS" or "maintain legacy code" role. You'll architect new features, integrate AI, optimize performance, and make technical decisions that affect thousands of users.

Real-time appointment scheduling with automatic travel time calculation
Mobile-first customer portals (iOS/Android feel in web)
Document generation and management systems
Analytics dashboards for business insights
Integration with payment systems (Stripe), email (SendGrid), SMS (Twilio)
5+ years full-stack development experience
Expert in React and Next.js (App Router)
Strong TypeScript skills
Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
Can design and implement REST APIs
Understand responsive design and mobile UX
Comfortable working independently and making decisions
Good communicator (async-first remote work)
